To augment our Engineering & Designing team in view of our proposed expansion and Globalization plans, we are looking for qualified and experienced professionalsRoles & Responsibilities: Preparation of Piping Design Basis, Critical Line list, PMS, VMS, and MR for piping components. Preparation of various calculations like Pipe Wall thickness calculation. Preparation of MR and Datasheets and VDR for Piping and Piping-related components. Responsible for Plan, developing, coordinating, and review of general arrangement drawings, Piping Isometrics drawings, Material Take- off, Tie-in Schedule, Nozzle Orientation Drawing and other Piping Typical Drawings, Support Standards, and Support schedules. Preparation of Method statements like Hydro test, Welding, Coating, Tie-in, Crossing, etc. Knowledge of piping engineering fundamentals in order to perform various job functions (e.g., design, construction support, design review, etc.). Must have knowledge & work experience in software like Caesar & 3D models like PDS, PDMS, and Plant 3D. Must have Sound Knowledge of International Codes and Standards like B31.3, B31.1, ASME, API standards, and OISD standards. Basic knowledge of terminology, various codes, safety orders, rules, laws, regulations, departmental policies, and procedures, governing the design and installation of equipment in order to provide design and construction support. Rotary and package equipment engineer capable of performing duties with little or no supervision for the engineering of rotary and package Equipment for steel projects like beneficiation, pellet plant, DRI plant, steel making, OSBL utilities, etc. Review the input, Prepare the technical specification, mechanical data sheet, vendor offer evaluation, and vendor drawing approval for rotary and packages. Review of interdepartmental input, complete Tender document, addendum, and revision, annexure etc. w.r.t Scope of work and Technical SpecificationEducation: Diploma / B.E. / B.
