IT Support Engineer – AV / Meeting Room Support (Onsite) Location: Hyderabad – Nanakramguda / Gachibowli (Onsite) Employment Type :: Full-Time | Onsite SupportAbout the Role We are hiring anIT Support Engineerto provide onsite technical support for meeting rooms, end-user environments, and audio-video conferencing setups within a corporate office.The role involves ensuring meeting room readiness, basic troubleshooting, hardware support, and coordination with internal IT teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.This is a hands-on role suited for professionals with IT support or AV support experience.Key Responsibilities Perform daily checks for meeting rooms and IT equipment readiness Troubleshoot basic audio, video, display, and connectivity issues Provide first-level support for conferencing setups Handle hardware replacement (cables, devices, peripherals) Support IT asset movement and setup activities Maintain documentation and tracking of equipment Respond to support tickets within defined timelines Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation Ensure smooth functioning of collaboration spaces and meeting rooms️ Skills Required (Broad Pool Focus) Experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / AV Support Basic troubleshooting of hardware and peripherals Understanding of meeting room or conferencing setups Hands-on approach to resolving user issues Good communication & coordination skills Exposure to corporate IT environments⭐ Good to Have (Not Mandatory) Exposure to Teams / Zoom / VC setups Experience with meeting room technology IT asset handling or deployment experience Ticketing tool exposureExperience: 1 – 4 Years (IT Support / Infrastructure / AV Support) Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA (Based on skills & experience) Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferredKeywords IT Support | Desktop Support | AV Support | Infra Support | Meeting Room Support | End User Support | Hardware Support | Technical Support Engineer
