This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, execution capability, and deep industry engagement.About the Role The Head / Director – Training & Placements will be responsible for designing and executing the complete placement strategy across programs including: PGDM B.Tech BBA BCA The role involves building long-term corporate relationships, ensuring quality placement outcomes, enhancing student employability, and strengthening the institute’s industry reputation.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy aligned with institutional goals Build and expand strong corporate partnerships across sectors Lead campus recruitment drives and corporate engagement initiatives Improve average salary benchmarks and placement quality Ensure structured internship and live project opportunities Work closely with academic departments to enhance industry readiness Organize industry interaction sessions, HR summits, and corporate conclaves Establish measurable KPIs and maintain placement performance data Lead and mentor the placement teamDesired Profile Currently serving as TPO / Head of Placements / Corporate Relations Head in a reputed educational institution Minimum 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in campus placements Strong network with HR leaders and industry decision-makers Demonstrated record of achieving and improving placement outcomes Deep understanding of corporate hiring cycles and campus engagement models Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strategic mindset with execution excellence Preference will be given to candidates currently working in Educational Institutions.What We Are Looking For We are not seeking a coordinator — we are seeking a placement leader.
