Position - Finance Officer Location - IndoreFinancial Operations Candidate should be a MBA Finance / + CA Intern CA would be preferred Experience in Accounts, accounting operations. At least 12-15 years of Industry. Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Process student fee collections, invoicing, refunds, and reconciliation. Manage payroll processing, statutory deductions, and staff reimbursements. Budgeting & Monitoring Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Monitor departmental expenditures against approved budgets. Prepare variance analysis and financial summaries for management. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with applicable education regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements. Prepare and submit statutory filings (GST/VAT, income tax, TDS, social security, etc., as applicable). Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to audit queries. Cash & Treasury Management Monitor cash flow and bank balances. Prepare bank reconciliations and manage petty cash. Support fee collection controls and payment approvals. Procurement & Vendor Management Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments. Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments. Support procurement controls and documentation. Grants, Funds & Scholarships (if applicable) Track grants, donations, scholarships, and restricted funds. Ensure proper utilization and reporting as per donor or government requirements. Systems & Records Maintain financial records, student fee data, and documentation. Support finance systems, ERP, or accounting software usage.
