Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audio Visual Technician based in Pune. The responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV systems, setting up video conferencing systems, managing lighting and projectors, and ensuring proper functionality of equipment during events or installations. The technician will collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality audio-visual solutions and provide on-site technical support as required. Qualifications Proficiency in handling and operating Audio Visual (AV) Systems Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Troubleshooting AV equipment Knowledge of Video Conferencing systems and solutions Experience with Lighting and Projectors setup and operation Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients Ability to work on-site in Pune and have flexibility to travel to other cities based on project needs. Relevant experience or certifications in AV technology, sound engineering, or a related field is an advantage
