Process advance payment disbursements. Review and disburse employee expense claims. Reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate supplier transaction records. Validate DVA Certification data. Provide MSME half‑yearly return data. Coordinate with Purchase, Tooling, Logistics, Maintenance, and Operations teams to resolve invoice/payment issues. Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and reporting. Prepare MIS reports. Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing required documentation. Ensure timely communication regarding payments and credit terms.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 5–8 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations. Knowledge of accounting principles, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel. Knowledge of vendor payment disbursement.
