Job Requirement: PeopleSoft Techno‑Functional Consultant (Offshore – India) Location:India (Preferred: Hyderabad) Work Mode:Hybrid – Ability to work from the Hyderabad office at least2 times per week Engagement:Long-term assignment Experience:8+ yearsKey Responsibilities Configure PeopleSoft HCM fornewly onboarded entitiesas part of global M&A initiatives. Update and validatevendor integrationsand upstream/downstream system connections. Perform end-to-end functional tasks including design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Prepare high-qualitydesign documents, test scripts, and test plans . Collaborate with developers to evaluate technical components such asApplication Engine, SQR , and other PeopleSoft objects. Coordinate effectively with vendors, development teams, and business users. Provide extended support during US time zones when required by project needs. Participate in2–3 rounds of evaluationdue to global collaboration requirements.Required Skills Strong hands-on experience withPeopleSoft HCM 9.2(Payroll & Benefits). Proficiency inSQL , system configurations, and system integrations. Ability to understand and validate PeopleSoft technical objects (e.g., Application Engine, SQR). Excellent documentation and communication skills.Additional Expectations Must be flexible to stretch working hours to support teams in the US region when needed. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a global delivery model.
