Location- Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Rajkot, JaipurWho are we looking for: ▪Minimum 6-8 years of experience with Mutual Fund companies managing MFD/IFA Channel. ▪Mandatory NISM – VA Certification. ▪Graduate/MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred. ▪Strong knowledge of mutual funds, capital markets, and investment products. ▪Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on driving collective outcomes. ▪Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. ▪Relationship-building and channel management abilities.What you will do day to day ▪Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new distributors and IFAs. ▪Promote equity, debt, hybrid, and solution-oriented mutual fund schemes based on investor needs. ▪Analyze the asset allocation of distributors to customize the approach in accordance for focused selling. ▪Increase visibility with the distributors through calls, 1-on-1 meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (Fact sheets, Brochures), mailers, group meetings with distributors RM/clients of distributors. ▪Develop long-term association with the key/potential distributors to generate repetitive business. ▪Support distributors in terms of Product updates, Query resolution and ensuring proper follow-up. ▪Ensure the distributors are trained on all products and operational procedures and informed on the Regulatory fee on regular basis. ▪Participate in investor awareness programs, seminars, and local events to drive category and scheme-level awareness. ▪Create brand awareness by organizing events, conferences, and product sessions for distributors for top-of-the-mind recall. ▪Share periodic MIS, activity reports, and sales forecasts with regional leadership. ▪Provide insights on territory trends, distributor behaviour, and investor sentiment. ▪Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI) and internal compliance frameworks. ▪Ensure accurate documentation, KYC adherence, and clean audit-ready practices.
