Driven by technology and innovation, we’re expanding into new categories while remaining committed to improving last-mile connectivity and empowering livelihoods at scale.We are not an option; we are a choice !Job Role Overview:The City Unlock Manager is responsible for driving city-level growth by unlocking new categories and enhancing marketplace efficiency. This includes conducting deep market research, identifying growth levers, executing high-impact projects, and managing P&L. The role demands close coordination with cross-functional teams and strong leadership of on-ground operations. A successful candidate will blend strategic thinking with flawless execution to meet growth, profitability, and operational KPI' s.Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensi ve market resea rch to understand use-case triggers, consumer behavior, and barriers to adoption in existing and new categories. Deri ve city-level insig hts and identify growth levers and opportunities for expansion and category unlock. Ensu re seamless execut ion of strategic projects/initiatives defined by the Regional Manager with a high degreeof operational excelle nce. Own and dri ve P&L managem ent and marketplace efficiency in the respective city.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on execution and deliverables. Mana ge on-ground te ams, including promoters, interns, and executives, ensuring performance, productivity, and adherence to SOPs. Dri ve supply and demand initiati ves that contribute to city-level growth targe ts.Experie nce: 2–8 years of total work experience, preferably in high-growth startups, consulting, or operations-heavy industries. Proven track record in city operations, business strategy, or category management. Experience in P&L ownership, marketplace operations, or launching new initiatives at a city/regional level. Prior experience managing field teams, driving local market strategy, and working with cross-functional stakeholders is a strong p lus. Key Result Areas (K RAs): Growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU) and customer retention in the city. Achievement of city-level growth targets and profitability. Supply growth and optimization across demand clusters. Marketplace performance metrics including FE-NET maximization.
