We partner with top shipowners, managers, and software providers to deliverprecision-driven maritime IT solutions .The Role We are looking for a Marine PMS & Database Specialistwith strong knowledge of PMS workflows and database creation. The ideal candidate will have the ability tointerpret marine/engineering manuals in detail , extract and structure technical content, and ensure data accuracy across PMS platforms.Key Responsibilities Create and configureequipment sheetsfor PMS databases. Extract, structure, and importmaintenance tasks from OEM manuals . Developclear and detailed job cards(dismantling, inspection, assembly). Ensure properequipment hierarchy mappingwithin PMS. Manageimport sheets and front-end PMS data loading . Support audits by maintaining accurate and traceable PMS data.What You Bring Marine Engineering degreeor equivalent maritime qualification. 2–5 years’ experiencein PMS data population or marine technical documentation. Strong ability toread, interpret, and simplify engineering/marine manuals . ExcellentEnglish communication and technical writing skills . Good knowledge ofdatabase structuring and equipment hierarchy . Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven.Salary & Benefits Salary:Best in Industry based on knowledge.
