Manage practice P&L, including budgeting, profitability, resource allocation, pre-sales support, and IP development (accelerators, frameworks). Provide technical guidance to teams, foster collaboration between data engineers and business stakeholders, and drive Azure platform strategy. Engage clients as a trusted advisor, aligning analytics with outcomes via webinars, solutioning, and community building.Required Qualifications 10+ years in BI/data analytics, with proven Azure expertise (Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, ADF) and Power BI mastery. Strong P&L management experience in consulting/services, including revenue growth, team leadership, and delivery excellence. Technical depth for hands-on coding/architecture plus business acumen to bridge tech and strategy. Bachelor's/Master's in CS, IT, or related; consulting background preferred
