Position: Compliance Officer This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance in a fast-paced recruitment environment.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and anticipating staffing needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle: screening, matching healthcare providers to client orders, and scheduling assignments post-credential verification. Maintain and audit Temporary Healthcare Provider (THP) credentials to ensure compliance. Communicate effectively with clients and THPs regarding assignments, cancellations, and updates. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll and billing issues. Analyze daily transaction reports and review weekly invoices for accuracy.Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; a university degree is preferred.
