This role will leadsystem-level design, integration, validation, and certificationof next-generation UAV platforms.Key Responsibilities System Architecture & MBSE Develop system architecture, subsystem definitions, interfaces, and system-level specifications Apply MBSE methodologies usingSysML, MATLAB/Simulink, Cameo Ensure compliance with aerospace and MIL standardsRequirements & Configuration Management Lead requirements capture, traceability, and validation (Jira, DOORS, Confluence) Manage baselines, change control, and requirement updatesIntegration, Testing & Validation Plan and execute system integration and functional testing Participate in environmental, endurance, and flight-related validation Develop SOPs and validation frameworksLifecycle & Quality Drive fullProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM)from concept to deployment PerformRCA, CAPA, reliability improvement Support certification (MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, DO-160, AS9100, ISO)Technical Leadership Lead cross-functional engineering teams Collaborate with avionics, propulsion, electronics, flight test & manufacturing teams Mentor engineers and enforce technical excellenceAutomation & Debugging UtilizePython scriptingfor system probing, debugging, test automation, and data extraction✅ Required Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Systems Engineering 6–12+ years in aerospace/UAV system engineering Strong MBSE and system architecture experience Hands-on system integration & certification exposure Knowledge of UAV subsystems (propulsion, avionics, sensors, powertrain, payload integration) Excellent documentation & stakeholder management skillsWhy Join Us?
