Location : Ahmedabad Industry : KPO Budget : Upto 24 LPA Experience : 4+yearsWe are looking for a hands-on technical head who can build teams, architect modern systems, and work closely with leadership to scale the business.• Lead technology strategy aligned to Australian market expansion • Architect and deliver modern solutions across: Shopify / Shopify Plus (stores, apps, integrations) • Data, BI, analytics, and automation platforms • Cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps • Build and scale new-age resourcing models (offshore–onshore, pods, dedicated teams) • Stay hands-on on key architectures and critical deliveries • Partner with founders to brainstorm new offerings, IP, and growth opportunities • Establish engineering standards, delivery governance, and scalable frameworks What We’re Looking For • 4–5+ years in senior technical roles (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, Head of Tech) • Strong hands-on Shopify / Shopify Plus experience • Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams • Background in services, consulting, or global delivery environments • Solid understanding of data platforms, BI tools, and cloud infrastructure • Exposure to Australian clients or markets is a strong advantage Mindset That Fits • Builder first, leader second • Strategic thinker with execution discipline • Comfortable with ambiguity and scale-up environments • Business-oriented: understands margins, leverage, and growth • Collaborative and founder-aligned ⸻ What Success Looks Like • Australia-ready tech and delivery architecture in place • Scalable Shopify-led and data-driven offerings • High-performing teams operating with strong governance • Technology directly driving revenue growth Reporting Reports to: Founders / Executive Leadership Role positioning: Strategic partner, not a support function
