PharmaACE is looking for a hands-on, strategic Design and Experience leader with a strong background in agency-led digital storytelling, UX/UI, and solution visualization. This role will lead the end-to-end design experience across our website, digital platforms, product interfaces, and solution narratives—translating complex analytics, consulting, and technology offerings into clear, compelling, conversion-driven experiences. We are specifically seeking someone who has built and scaled creative work within marketing or digital agencies and is excited to apply that craft in a high-impact B2B, consulting-driven environment. This is a builder role at the intersection of design, storytelling, product thinking, and business strategy.Key Responsibilities Creative & Experience Leadership Define and drive the overall creative vision for PharmaACE's digital ecosystem—website, product interfaces, dashboards, and solution showcases. Convert complex business, analytics, and technology concepts into intuitive visual stories, user journeys, and engaging digital experiences. Lead UX/UI direction, interaction design, and information architecture to improve usability, engagement, and conversion. Solutions Storytelling & Digital Narratives Design compelling solution pages, product demos, case studies, and thought-leadership experiences similar to high-quality agency work for B2B brands. Build visual storytelling frameworks that communicate value quickly to senior enterprise audiences. Ensure consistency across campaigns, digital journeys, and product experiences. Design Systems & UX Excellence Establish scalable design systems, UI libraries, and interaction standards across platforms. Lead usability testing, research synthesis, and iterative optimization. Ensure responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized design execution. Team Leadership & Creative Culture Lead and mentor UI/UX designers, visual designers, motion artists, and creative technologists. Bring agency-level craft, speed, and experimentation into an in-house environment. Set quality benchmarks, critique standards, and review processes. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with marketing, product, engineering, and solution teams to shape digital initiatives from concept to launch. Contribute to go-to-market storytelling, brand expression, and sales enablement experiences. Act as a creative thought partner in strategic roadmap discussions. Delivery & Execution Manage creative roadmaps, sprint cycles, and prioritization across multiple concurrent initiatives. Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery aligned to business impact.Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Digital Media, or related field. 10–14+ years in digital/creative roles, with 5+ years leading teams in a marketing, branding, or digital agency environment. Strong portfolio showcasing Enterprise or B2B website redesigns Digital storytelling and campaign experiences UX/UI systems and product interfaces Complex information and data visualization Proven ability to translate business strategy into compelling creative execution. Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and narrative skills. Deep passion for design, storytelling, and building meaningful digital experiences, with strong ownership and enthusiasm for shaping this role and its long-term impact within PharmaACE.Preferred Experience Exposure to healthcare, pharma, analytics, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise technology sectors. Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools, motion design, and design system governance. Understanding of front-end feasibility and digital performance considerations. Experience working in agile or hybrid product-marketing environments.
