The ideal candidate will bringdeep technical expertise in Angular, Java, storybook, Powerblocks, libraries, and modern UI/UX design practices , coupled with strong leadership skills to guide projects and mentor junior developers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into innovative, scalable, and user-focused digital solutions.Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the design and development of user-centric applications across web and mobile platforms. Provide architectural guidance for front-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration withJava-based backend systems . Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks. UI/UX Excellence Drive the creation ofcutting-edge, intuitive, and accessibleuser interfaces. Conduct advanced user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis to validate design decisions. Oversee the evolution of the design system and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Deep knowledge ofdesign systems, accessibility, and usability best practices . Hands-on experience withUI/UX tools(Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping frameworks.
