We are looking for aSenior Estimatorto lead design delivery, coordination, and team mentoring.Snapshot Prepareaccurate estimates, BOQs, and technical specificationsaligned with design intent Ensureminimal deviation between estimated, tendered, and executed project costs Maintain and update avendor & product performance database , in coordination with QSH Evaluate vendor and product performance and updateratings based on site feedback Develop and periodically updatetechnical specificationsbased on project learnings and market advances Analyzecost deviationsbetween estimates and executed projects and feed learnings back into the system Deliver estimateswithin agreed timelines and quality benchmarks Support the Estimation Head byflagging risks and potential escalations early Mentor and guide junior estimation team members and support their professional growthWhat We’re Looking For Degree / Diploma inQuantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field 6–12 yearsof experience inestimation / QS rolesfor architectural & interior projects Strong hands-on experience incost planning, BOQs, tendering, and specifications Good understanding ofmaterials, vendors, and market rates Ability to analyze data and implementcontinuous cost-control improvements Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skillsWhy Join Edifice High-impact role influencingproject profitability and cost outcomes Exposure tolarge-scale, multi-sector projects Opportunity to build and strengthenfirm-wide estimation systems Collaborative, professional environment with long-term growth potentialApply with CV at hrd@
