Deutsche Börse Group in India is composed of a team of capital market engineers forming the backbone of financial markets worldwide.Your area of work: As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for supporting asset owners and support groups across the organization. Your role includes creating and maintaining templates and workflows for authorization concepts and role mining. This ensures that business roles and authorization concepts are continuously improved through plausibility checks and other verification processes, and remain subject to regular updates. All activities will be carried out using Nexis, a standard solution for authorization concepts and role mining ().Your responsibilities: Develop, test and configure different Nexis Environments for authorization concepts and business role. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workflows, imports and the SailPoint IIQ interface through debugging and bugfixing. Process and manage change request tickets related authorization concepts and business role. Identify inconsistencies and provide technical solutions or recommendations. Document development processes, bugfix outcomes, and other configurations. Collaborate with support teams and client stakeholders for issue resolution and requirement clarification. Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and regular review cycles. Escalate critical issues or recurring trends as needed.Your profile: Bachelor/master's degree in information technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Identity and Access management projects or practical experience during internships Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ Experience in Java, Shell Scripting and JavaScript is desirable Basic knowledge of LDAP, AD, Azure or GCP Experience in test management would be an advantage Solid handling of MS Office applications Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills Good presentation and documentation skills
