You must understand a range of complex financial products, associated trade events (including bookkeeping activities), and related process flows. The role requires frequent professional engagement with clients, traders, senior leaders, and other support staff. You will also be accountable for providing business identification and consultative support related to the development, analysis, and identification of process changes and / or system enhancements. Proactively analyze and recommend enhancements to existing business processes, clearly communicate rationale, and negotiate solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure that all assigned initiatives are implemented effectively within your area of responsibility and participate in meetings as a subject matter expert. Analyze and resolve discrepancies between internal records, custodians, and counterparties, ensuring all trading activity is balanced and settled within specified SLAs. Provide business identification and consultative support for process changes and system enhancements, participating as a subject matter expert in relevant meetings. Respond to client inquiries and requests, delivering professional and high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Identify, document, and resolve operational or process problems, recommending and implementing enhancements to business processes. Liaise with clients, traders, senior leaders, and support staff to facilitate trade confirmations and problem resolution.Who You Are (Skills / Qualifications): Must Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in capital markets operations, settlements, or a similar function. Experience with settlement platforms (e.g., Euroclear, Clear stream, Neo link, DTC, CDS, Arrow, Broadridge) is preferred. Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Strong knowledge of financial products, trade events, and settlement processes. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using settlement platforms and related operational tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
