Launching in 2026, Chiltier will be available globally through selected channels, strategic partnerships, and digital platforms, catering to heat-stressed communities and performance-oriented lifestyles.Electronic Systems Engineer We are looking for an Electronic Systems Engineerto support the integration, testing, and validation of electronic subsystems in our product. PCB design is handled by an external vendor; this role focuses on system-level electronics, wiring harness, embedded Integration, and Hardware validation.Roles & Responsibilities Understand, read, and review electronic schematics and PCB designs at a basic to intermediate level (full schematic/layout design not required) Design and develop simple custom PCBs for testing, validation, and experimental setups Create, assemble, and validate wiring harnesses, including: Wire selection Connector selection Crimping, routing, strain relief, and logical wiring planning Integrate and test electronic components such as: Displays, Buttons / switches, Sensors, PCBs, IoT modules, Batteries and BMS Perform system-level testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies Develop firmware or minor code changes Design and set up test rigs and test jigs for functional and performance testing Perform performance calculations related to power, current, voltage, efficiency, and system behaviour Support power electronics integration Understand and apply electronic standards and safety standards Support IP rating considerations related to connectors, enclosures, and cable entries Collaborate closely with mechanical design engineers to ensure proper integration of electronics with enclosures and assemblies Interface electronic systems with displays, ports, and other external interfacesRequired Skills Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals Ability to read and interpret schematics Hands-on experience with wiring harness design and assembly Knowledge of connectors, crimping tools, and cable management practices Firmware development or embedded coding skills Understanding of batteries, BMS, and power electronics basics Experience in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting electronic systems Familiarity with electronic safety and compliance standards Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related fieldGood to Have Understanding of thermal behaviour and heat dissipation Exposure to IoT systems and communication protocols Experience working with electromechanical products
