We are in an exciting early growth phase, testing new markets, accelerating product innovation, and building a high-performance team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Chief of Staff, supporting multiple functions across Operations, Partnerships, Sales, Growth, and Product. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, collaborating cross-functionally to align strategy and execution, and ensuring the seamless coordination of projects and initiatives. The role includes working closely with leadership to refine strategies, track organizational performance, and contribute to key decision-making processes. Managing priorities, developing partnerships, and enabling rapid growth are essential aspects of this position.Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Operational Leadership:You will partner closely with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategy and priorities, ensuring alignment and clarity across all functions. You will drive operational rigor by implementing OKRs, building dashboards, running business reviews, and ensuring strong cross-functional coordination. You will also lead and manage critical strategic initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring they are delivered effectively and on time.Sales & Growth:You will support and scale revenue operations by improving pipeline visibility, strengthening forecasting, and enabling effective go-to-market execution. You will identify and unlock new growth opportunities across markets, customer segments, and acquisition channels. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize customer acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention.PartnershipsYou will identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and expand market reach. You will build and manage relationships with key partners, platforms, and ecosystem stakeholders. You will also support the CEO in negotiating, structuring, and executing partnership agreements.Product & Customer StrategyYou will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the product roadmap aligns with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals. You will bring customer insights and market feedback into strategic and product discussions. You will help prioritize product features and initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.CEO Office & ExecutionYou will act as an extension of the CEO in internal and external engagements, helping drive clarity, alignment, and execution. You will prepare strategic presentations, board materials, and executive updates. You will ensure accountability and follow-through across leadership priorities and key company initiatives.Required QualificationsYou must have a minimum of three years of experience working in a pure SaaS company environment. You should have experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Growth, Product, Consulting, or Startup Leadership. You should possess a strong understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics, including ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and go-to-market strategies. You must demonstrate the ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive execution independently. You should have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills, along with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. You should also demonstrate a high ownership mindset with a strong bias toward action.Preferred QualificationsCandidates who have worked directly with founders or senior executives will be strongly preferred. Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments will be considered a significant advantage. Exposure to product strategy or product management will also be beneficial.
