Role SummaryTheGenAI Solution Research Associatewill be responsible forexploring, researching, and mapping the capabilities of hyperscalersalong withOEM partners . The primary objective is toidentify and recommend industry-focused GenAI solutionsthat can be built by leveraging this ecosystem. The role demands a blend oftechnical research, solution ideation, and business alignment , enabling enterprise-ready GenAI adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and document thelatest GenAI capabilities of hyperscalers(AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs). Evaluate and analyzeOEM offerings(e.g., NVIDIA GPUs/NeMo, Dell infrastructure, IBM Watsonx) for GenAI enablement. Identifyindustry-focused GenAI solution opportunities(e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom) that can be built using hyperscaler + OEM capabilities. Buildcomparative assessments, capability maps, and solution blueprintsto guide business and engineering teams. Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and business teams toalign findings with enterprise needs and go-to-market priorities . Track emerging trends inGenAI frameworks, cloud-native AI platforms, and partner ecosystemsto ensure continuous innovation.QualificationsMBA & Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–6 years of experience inAI/ML engineering, or GenAI solution research/delivery . Familiarity withhyperscaler AI services(AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI/ML Studio, GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs) andOEM GenAI technologies(NVIDIA NeMo, Dell APEX, IBM Watsonx, etc.). Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills to translatetechnical capabilities into business-relevant solution opportunities . Good understanding ofGenAI concepts : LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic AI.Expected ImpactDeliverclear recommendations and industry solution ideasby analyzing hyperscaler and partner ecosystems. AccelerateIFRS GenAI strategyby shaping a pipeline offeasible, scalable, and industry-aligned AI use cases . Provide the technical and business teams withvalidated artefacts, comparative analyses, and strategic insightsfor solution development.
