The Designer will be responsible for tasks such as visual design, graphic design, branding, graphics, and web design. You will be leading many design initiatives at the company. We take a design-first approach and give extra attention and care to our design department. As a young company aiming to make a big impact, you would be expected to take on multiple roles to get things up and running.Things you would be doing: Shape and evolve the visual identity of SHAY across digital, print, packaging, and product design Design drool-worthy creatives for our website, social media, emailers, campaigns, ads, catalogs, and more Collaborate closely with our founder, photographer, and creative team to keep things fresh and on-brand Bring new ideas to the table — we love risk-takers and trendsetters Help us build a strong visual language that customers can spot from a scroll away Create high-converting Amazon listing images (main image, lifestyle shots, infographics, comparison charts) Design Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) for our performance marketing team Designing post for Social MediaYou are: A storyteller in visuals Sharp with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma (bonus points for motion design chops) Someone with a strong sense of aesthetic — minimal yet warm, modern but timeless Someone who loves a good moodboard and has a Pinterest folder for everything A great communicator and team playerWhy SHAY?
