hiring for a leading and rapidly expandingQSR & Food Production brandoperating large-format central kitchens and retail outlets.ROLE:Industrial Engineer / Process Excellence Manager LOCATION:Hyderabad INDUSTRY:Manufacturing | Logistics | Retail | Food Processing | QSRWe are looking for ahigh-impact Industrial Engineer / Process Excellence Managerto build and lead process optimization initiatives across ourcentral kitchen, manufacturing units, and stores .MUST HAVE EXPERTISE Strong hands-on experience with: Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time & Motion Studies Line Balancing, SMED, 5S, Kanban Root Cause Analysis (RCA, Fishbone, 5 Why) Industrial Engineering documentation (operation bulletins, takt time calculations, productivity reports) Layout tools:AutoCAD, Visio Strong data orientation — ability to analyze operations data to drive decisions Tech-forward mindset: Exposure toAutomation, IoT, Digital Tools Bonus: Working knowledge ofSQL, Python, or any programming language Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production / Mechanical Engineering or related fieldWHAT YOU'LL BE DRIVING Conduct detailedprocess mappingto identify inefficiencies across production areas (marination, kebab making, rice handling, etc.) Leadprocess improvement initiativesincluding layout optimization, equipment upgrades, and centralized workstations Pilot and implementtechnology interventions(load cells, digital weighing systems, sensor-based controls) Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Manufacturing, Product) to test and standardize improvements Track measurable impact onoutput, yield, productivity, and quality Contribute to long-term engineering and manufacturing strategyIf you are passionate about building efficient, tech-enabled operations and want to drive real impact - we’d love to connect.
