We will review your profile and experience to determine the role that best fits you.Key Responsibilities : Conduct legal research, analysis, and stay updated on regulatory changes. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents. Prepare compliance checklists and maintain proper documentation and records. Provide legal support on corporate actions such as M&A, corporate finance, capital markets, and general corporate matters. Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, implementing necessary changes across the organization. Support business teams with day-to-day legal queries and provide timely advice. Participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation and templating of legal documents. Lead, mentor, and manage junior legal staff (for Legal Manager). Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and strategic alignment with organizational goals.Qualifications: 2 - 6 years of Post qualification experience Relevant experience in corporate law Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
