The intern will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer support channels, providing timely feedback, and helping enhance the overall customer experience. The candidate will also play an active role in understanding client needs and delivering solutions that align with company values.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to enhance client interactions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Thane Any prior experience in customer service roles or a related field is an advantage Fluency in local languages and English is preferred
