Ltd. is looking for an experiencedFlash Butt Welding Engineerfor its ongoingMetro Track Project in Mumbai . The candidate will be responsible for executing and supervising flash butt welding activities in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities Execute and superviseflash butt welding of railsas per approved procedures and project drawings. Ensure properalignment, welding parameters, and joint qualityduring welding operations. Conductpre-weld and post-weld inspectionsand ensure compliance with quality standards. Operate, monitor, and maintainflash butt welding machinesand related equipment. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and quality teams for smooth workflow. Maintain welding records, reports, and daily progress documentation. Ensure adherence tosafety norms, railway/metro standards, and site protocols . Troubleshoot welding defects and implement corrective actions. Assist in training and guiding technicians and welders on site.Desired Candidate Profile Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification. 5–10 years of hands-on experiencein flash butt welding, preferably inMetro / Railway Track Projects . Strong knowledge ofrail welding standards, tolerances, and quality control procedures . Ability to work under site conditions and project timelines. Good coordination and communication skills. Willingness tojoin immediately .
