Required Qualifications 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, climate disclosures, or related areas. B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA with Environmental/Sustainability/ESG specialization. Strong understanding of frameworks: GRI, BRSR, TCFD, TNFD, SASB, GHG Protocol. Experience with assessments: CDP, Eco Vadis, FTSE, Sustainalytics, S&P CSA.Key Responsibilities 1. ESG & Sustainability Disclosures Lead data collection, validation, and reporting for Sustainability Report, BRSR, and country‑specific regulations (e.g., UK SECR, Mexico NIS, California CARB) aligned with organizational requirements. Support integration of TCFD, TNFD, and IFRS S1/S2 elements into disclosures. Coordinate with internal functions to ensure timely, accurate, audit‑ready sustainability data. 2. Carbon Accounting & Environmental Metrics Lead GHG data collection and CO₂e calculations across Scope 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3 categories using ISO 14064 and GHG Protocol methodologies. Benchmark performance, monitor KPIs, and track progress against environmental goals. 3. ESG Ratings, Rankings & Customer Assessments Lead or co‑lead submissions for CDP, S&P CSA, FTSE Russell, EcoVadis, and other rating/ranking platforms. Manage customer‑specific ESG assessments and sustainability due‑diligence requests. 4. ESG Governance & Internal Audits Support sustainability‑linked internal and external audits, manage observations, and coordinate closure actions. Assist in policy/process development for sustainability governance and internal control mechanisms. 5. Automation, Analytics & Dashboards Design sustainability analytics templates, dashboards, and internal reporting formats across GRI/SASB/TCFD/BRSR KPIs. Support evaluation and implementation of ESG automation tools. 6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Support SBTi Targets submission process and follow‑up actions. Liaise with departments across geographies for data, metrics, governance reviews, and stakeholder engagement. Engage suppliers for value‑chain data improvements as needed.
