Architecting Learning Journeys:Design structured, multi-modal learning paths that move beyond one-off workshops to ensure long-term behavioural change and skill mastery. Integrated Internal Communication:Partner with the communications team to build a "Learning Brand"; craft compelling narratives and multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness and high adoption of L&D initiatives. Culture-Led Employee Engagement:Design learning interventions that double as engagement drivers, ensuring employees feel invested in through meaningful growth opportunities and recognition. IDP Governance:Partner with PBPs to facilitateIndividual Development Plans (IDPs) , ensuring that personal growth goals are aligned with organisational succession planning.
