The AI Faculty for Design Programs is responsible for delivering foundational and intermediate-level Artificial Intelligence content to undergraduate and postgraduate design students. The faculty will teach practical, creative-design-focused AI courses including generative AI for visual arts, text-to-3D, text-to-video, and ethical AI design practices. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, creativity, and application of AI in design workflows.2. Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & LearningDeliver classes for the following courses:Foundations of AI for Creative DesignAI Powered 1 – Advanced Generative AI & Model GenerationAI Powered 2 – Basics of AI for Business ApplicationsGenerative Design 1 – Text to 3DGenerative Design 2 – Text to VideoAI & Ethics – AI and Responsible Design LeadershipConduct demonstrations using GenAI tools relevant to design (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion,3D generators).Guide students in applying AI within the complete design process (research → ideation → visualization → prototyping → presentation).Support students during assignments, reviews, and portfolio development.Curriculum & AssessmentPlan and deliver weekly lesson plans aligned with Pearl Academy academic standards.Conduct and evaluate Continuous Internal Assessments (CIA) and End Semester Examinations (ESE).Maintain assessment transparency and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.Academic & Institutional SupportMaintain accurate academic documentation (attendance, grading, assessment records).Collaborate with the Createch team to ensure consistent delivery across campuses.Participate in academic audits, curriculum refinement, and faculty development sessions.3. Required QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Digital Arts, Multimedia, Animation, Communication Design, or related fields.Strong understanding of Generative AI tools used in design workflows.Ability to simplify AI concepts for non-technical design students.4. Preferred ExperienceExperience teaching or training in any AI/creative tech subject.Practical experience with generative AI–based design tools such as:MidjourneyRunway MLAdobe Firefly3D AI tools (Luma, Kaedim, Spline, etc.)Text-to-video platformsExperience guiding design projects using AI.5. Key SkillsStrong communication & teaching skillsCreative problem-solvingUnderstanding of design processesProficiency in AI tools for visualization & 3D workflowsAbility to mentor students in projects and reviewsAI Studio:The AI Studio focuses on building AI literacy as a thinking capability, not tool proficiency alone. Faculty in the AI Studio help students learn how to frame problems, write meaningful prompts, evaluate outputs, and exercise judgment, ethics, and critique when working with intelligent systems. We look for educators who are comfortable experimenting with AI in live contexts, can demystify emerging technologies, and can translate AI use into design, business, and professional workflows.
