Note: Work from Office - All 5 days Candidates who are interested to work in Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad should ONLY apply.The AEM Lead is responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of digital solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, developers, and architects — translating business needs into technical solutions while ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse, and document technical and functional requirements for AEM-based solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI teams, and developers to define and design AEM components, templates, and workflows. Support AEM implementation, configuration, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., DAM, CRM, analytics, and marketing tools). Participate in content migration, publishing workflows, and deployment processes. Conduct impact analysis for new requirements or platform upgrades. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for AEM-related issues. Work closely with QA teams to define test cases and ensure solution quality. Support release management, version control, and environment coordination. Provide technical documentation and assist in knowledge transfer to operations teams. Ensure compliance with AEM best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 + years of total experience with 5+ years in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) development, analysis, or support roles. Strong understanding of AEM architecture — including components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and Sling models. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and backend (Java, OSGi, JCR/Sling). Experience with AEM integrations — Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or third-party APIs. Knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, Maven). Understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service or on-prem deployments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Key skills AEM Lead/Sr Dev- with AMS, AEM Cloud , AEM marketing products (Adobe analytics, MRM, etc) experience AMs to Cloud migration experience covering the following aspects Code, Config content, DevOps, best practices, Migration toolset Great at facing customers IT Services background Consulting background Good at using AI for development and automation workPreferred Skills: Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer / Architect). Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools and integrations. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to changing requirements.
