Title: Sr Specialist/Lead -Learning & Development Shift: 2PM-12 AM IST Location: VadodaraRequired Skill sets Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a Learning & Development role, with a significant and demonstrable focus on behavioral and soft-skills training. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral change interventions. Spearhead the full-cycle facilitation and direct hands-on delivery of all core behavioral training programs Partner with HR Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) focused on identifying critical behavioral skill gaps Design, deliver, and manage high-impact behavioral training programs for employees across the organization, with a specific focus on areas like leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and teamwork. Orchestrate and Execute dynamic, high-energy behavioural workshops (virtual and in-person) for diverse audience groups, ensuring maximum learner participation and application of new skills. The role requires a flexible work schedule to accommodate global teams or various shifts, potentially including early mornings, evenings, or compressed work weeks as required for delivery. Fluency in modern instructional design models Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree is must in one of the following fields: - Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a closely related discipline.
