This role requires a blend of technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and strategic thinking to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead the design and implementation ofRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecturesandAgentic AI systems . Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM integrations. Define best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and observability. Guide and mentor a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and ML engineers. Solution Development Build and optimizeAI agentscapable of decision-making, tool use, and multi-step reasoning. Develop intelligent assistants, knowledge bots, and workflow automation using LLMs. Implement vector search, semantic retrieval, and knowledge graph-based systems. Work with structured and unstructured data sources (documents, logs, PDFs, APIs, etc.). Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business teams to translate use cases into AI solutions. Present AI strategy, architecture, and roadmaps to leadership. Collaborate with product, engineering, and cloud teams to integrate AI into production systems. MLOps & Governance Define AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks. Establish monitoring, drift detection, and evaluation mechanisms for AI systems.
