HTC has global delivery centers across the globe.About the Job We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to drive quality assurance efforts for Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) applications. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on testing expertise, and effective coordination between onsite and offshore teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.Skill Requirements: Lead end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) applications. 6+ years of QA experience, including leadership or QA Lead roles. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Community / Experience Cloud. Salesforce test automation experience (Selenium, Copado) is mandatory. API and integration testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI) Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation. Proven experience leading onsite–offshore QA teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
