Location: Marol Andheri Working days: Mon to Sat, 10 am to 07 pm Report to: Key Account ManagerRole Overview We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and Soulflower’s D2C website. The role focuses on product listing accuracy, order management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth online sales operations.Key Responsibilities Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and D2C website Ensure correct pricing, content, images, keywords, and inventory updates Monitor order processing, cancellations, returns, and refunds Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams Track stock levels and prevent OOS (Out of Stock) situations Assist in planning and executing online promotions, offers, and sales events Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and performance Resolve marketplace issues, penalties, and escalations Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SLAsSkills & Requirements 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, etc. Basic understanding of ecommerce metrics (sales, ROAS, CTR, conversion) Strong coordination, follow-up, and execution skills Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetPreferred Background Experience in beauty, FMCG, or D2C brands Familiarity with OMS, inventory tools, or ecommerce dashboardsWhat We Offer Fast-growing D2C brand exposure Learning across marketplaces, D2C, and digital commerce Dynamic, execution-focused work environment
