Please find below the Job details:Role Overview The Registration Coordinator will engage with prospective participants, handle enquiries, guide them through Sacred Walks programs, and convert interest into confirmed registrations. The role involves clear communication, disciplined follow-ups, accurate data management, and coordination with internal teams.Key Responsibilities - Contact prospective participants via calls and follow-ups - Explain programs, itineraries, inclusions, and pricing - Convert enquiries into confirmed registrations - Manage registrations, payments, and customer data in CRM - Plan daily calling and follow-up schedules - Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and confirmations - Handle participant queries and objections professionally - Maintain accurate records and reports - Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionRequired Skills & Experience - Experience in customer engagement, registrations, counselling, or travel sales - Strong verbal communication skills (English preferred) - Customer handling and objection management skills - Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and targets - CRM / lead management and basic computer skills - Attention to detail and time management - Travel, tourism, wellness, or program coordination experience - Admissions, counselling, or inside sales exposureInterested candidates please forward your resumeRegards, Priya Rajan
