Role Summary The Supply Catalog Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product and property listings. You will be responsible for ensuring that every item in our catalog is accurately represented, optimized for conversion, and maintained with the highest standards of data integrity and visual quality.Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Listing Strategy & Accuracy: Oversee the creation and optimization of all listings across multiple platforms (E-commerce site, , Airbnb, etc.). Visual Excellence: Manage the pipeline for product photography and image editing, ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines (e.g., specific aspect ratios and professional angles). Content Management: Ensure all titles, descriptions, and specifications are high-quality, SEO-friendly, and error-free. Team Leadership: Manage a team of catalog associates/specialists, providing clear workflows and quality control checks. Process Automation: Identify ways to streamline the cataloging process through tools or AI to improve speed-to-market for new products. Performance Tracking: Monitor listing health, conversion rates, and feedback to continually improve catalog performance.Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce Catalog Management or Supply Operations. Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms (Amazon, Airbnb, or Shopify). Experience managing creative workflows (photography/copywriting). Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for mass data management. Exceptional attention to detail and a "brand-first" mindset.
