Their clientele ranges from individual customers to leading global corporations and government institutions.Role: Contact Centre Representative (International Voice Process) As a Customer Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences. ✨Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support and resolve queries effectively EnsureFirst Call Resolution (FCR)wherever possible Maintain highCustomer Satisfaction (CSAT)scores Take ownership of customer issues and follow up when required Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolutionRequired Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Empathy and patience while dealing with customers. Good understanding ofCSAT(Customer Satisfaction Survey) andFCR(First Call Resolution). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a contact Centre or customer service role is mandatory. Candidates must hold aBachelor’s degree . Applicants with incomplete education, active backlogs, or without 10th and 12th qualifications willnotbe considered. Must beflexible to work in UK/US shifts . Maximum CTC:Up to ₹6 LPA.
