About the Role: The Quality Lead will drive and manageend-to-end accreditation and internal audit governanceacross the Group, ensuring consistent implementation of Quality Management Systems, accreditation standards, and internal audit processes. The role will providestrategic guidance, oversight, and assuranceto hospitals for managing multiple national accreditations and for identifying process gaps at hospital and group levels to drive continuous quality and patient safety improvement.Location:Narayana Health Corporate Office, Bommasandra, BengaluruEducation:MBA- Health & Hospital ManagementQualifications: 10–14 yearsof experience in the healthcare industry Strong hands-on experience in hospital quality, accreditation management, and internal audits Deep working knowledge ofNABH, NABL,and other national accreditation standardsKey Deliverables: 1) Group Accreditation Governance End-to-end ownership ofall national accreditationsacross the Group (NABH, NABL, Nursing Excellence, and departmental accreditations). Ensuretimely accreditation readiness, compliance, renewals, and closure of gapsacross ~40 accreditations. Act as the central governance and escalation point for accreditation matters.2) Group Internal Audit Leadership Plan, schedule, and governGroup Internal Audit cyclesacross hospitals. Ensure quality of audit findings,effective CAPA definition , andtime-bound closure . Analyse audit outcomes to identifysystemic process gaps and group-level risks .3) Quality & Patient Safety Oversight Monitorkey quality and patient safety KPIsat hospital and group levels. Identify trends, risks, and improvement priorities and present insights to leadership. Ensure alignment with group quality governance frameworks.4) Risk Management & Compliance Ensure completion ofannual risk assessments , incident reviews, and preventive action tracking. Oversee compliance withmock drills and emergency preparednessrequirements.5) Process Improvement & Capability Building Translate audit and accreditation findings intomeasurable improvement initiatives . Support hospitals in strengtheningQMS implementation and sustainment .
