Job DescriptionLocation: Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune.As part of the Inside Sales team, you will focus on the North American market. Your primary responsibilities include: Planning - Develop detailed plans for the upcoming quarters. Map target accounts based on research and Srinsoft's expertiseMarket Research o Analyze target industries and companies o Identify pain points, focus areas, and IT initiatives o Prepare targeted outreach documentWarm Calling - Focus on meaningful, well-researched outreach instead of generic cold calls Email Outreach - Craft personalized emails to engage targeted accounts using prior research Social Media Engagement - Follow and interact with prospects, keeping track of their updates and postsMeeting Setup o Create interest among prospects and schedule meetings o Understand client needs and effectively position our services to address their challenges Relationship Building - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makersDeal Closure - Participate in all stages of the sales cycle, including:  Intro meetings  Requirement gathering  Coordination with the technical team  Proposal and SOW preparation and submissionPoint of Contact - Act as a bridge between customers and the technical team What You Get and Growth Opportunities• Incentives and Allowances: Attractive performance-based incentives and night shift allowances • Account Management Role: High performers will transition to managing their accounts, targeting additional buyers, and increasing revenue • International Travel: Exceptional performers will have opportunities to travel onsite (US, UAE, EU) • Full-Time Onsite Opportunities: Potential to relocate to the US based on performance and contribution.
