Role Title: Client Service Executive Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM Remuneration: 22,000/- Role Description: The Client Service Executive will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, empathetic, and responsive experience for clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate will balance operational efficiency with empathy, supporting clients while coordinating internally to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction & Relationship Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries via calls, messages, or emails. Understand client needs and provide accurate information regarding services, sessions, and processes. Build positive and trusting relationships with clients through consistent and empathetic communication. Service Coordination & Support: Ensure timely scheduling, rescheduling, and coordination of client appointments. Follow up with clients to ensure smooth service delivery and address concerns proactively. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required, ensuring continuity of care. Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of responsiveness and accuracy in handling client requests. Ensure client concerns are resolved efficiently while adhering to organizational protocols. Contribute to maintaining a positive client experience throughout their journey with Trijog. Communication: Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with clients at all times. Document client interactions and feedback accurately for internal reference. Share client feedback with the team to support service improvements. Problem Solving & Support: Address routine client issues with patience and solution-oriented thinking. Support clients during sensitive situations with empathy and discretion. Seek guidance when required and collaborate effectively with team members. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and service details. Assist in preparing basic reports related to client feedback and service trends. Use internal tools efficiently to track and manage client data. Company’s Expectations: Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, or coordination roles (experience in healthcare, mental health, or wellness is an advantage). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in basic tools such as Excel, Google Calendar, and internal systems. High levels of empathy, patience, and professionalism while dealing with clients. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on responsibilities as needed.
