Partner with leadership, HR, and Corporate Marketing to translate company strategy, transformations, and key initiatives into clear, compelling internal narratives. Ensure major organizational programs, change initiatives, and projects are communicated effectively to drive understanding, adoption, and engagement.Newsletter & Content Publishing Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of the company’s internal newsletter(s), including editorial calendars, story sourcing, and performance tracking. Proactively source stories from across the organization to highlight wins, people stories, innovation, customer success, and culture-building initiatives. Maintain a consistent editorial tone that reflects leadership priorities and the company’s brand voice.Brand Voice, Standardization & Compliance Act as a champion for internal brand standardization, ensuring all internal communications adhere to brand, tone-of-voice, and messaging guidelines. Drive internal compliance for communication templates, formats, and messaging standards across departments. Advocate for and reinforce a unified internal brand voice across HR, leadership, and business unit communications.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with HR teams across regions and functions to align people communications, employee engagement programs, and culture initiatives. Serve as a key liaison between Corporate Marketing and HR to ensure consistency between internal and external brand positioning. Build strong relationships with senior leaders to support leadership communications, announcements, and internal presentations.Creative & Multi-Channel Communications Translate communication objectives into creative briefs for designers, video teams, and digital creators. Oversee and contribute to the creation of digital, visual, and video-based internal communications to increase engagement and reach. Ensure messaging consistency and quality across email, intranet, presentations, videos, town halls, and internal campaigns.Feedback, Measurement & Continuous Improvement Actively gather employee feedback and engagement data to assess effectiveness of internal communications. Use insights to refine messaging, formats, and channels to continuously improve impact and relevance. Partner with HR and leadership to address communication gaps and improve organizational alignment.SkillsWriting & Editorial Excellence Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft leadership-ready, audience-appropriate content. Strong editorial judgment and the ability to source, shape, and elevate internal stories.Executive & Stakeholder Communication Confident presenter capable of representing Corporate Marketing and Communications in internal forums and leadership meetings. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with senior executives, HR leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.Brand & Messaging Discipline Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency. Ability to enforce standards while enabling teams to communicate effectively within brand guidelines.Creative & Digital Communication Experience working with designers and video teams to bring internal stories to life. Strong visual and creative sensibility for modern internal communications.Experience & Background Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel internal communications in a matrixed organization.
