Urgent Opening | Senior Manager – Facilities & Administration Location:Noida Experience:12–18+ years Industry:Leading MNC Role Overview The Senior Manager – Facilities & Administration will provide strategic and operational leadership for end-to-end facilities and workplace services across one or multiple locations. The role focuses on safety, compliance, cost optimization, governance, and employee-centric workplace excellence. Key Responsibilities Define and execute facilities & administration strategy aligned with business goals Lead end-to-end facilities operations: maintenance, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, utilities, transport (as applicable) Establish governance frameworks, SOPs, service standards, and compliance controls Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, audits, and cost optimization initiatives Own statutory, EHS, fire safety, risk management, and audit readiness Manage budgets, forecasts, capex/opex, and financial controls Lead critical incidents, emergency response, BCP, and disaster recovery coordination Drive digital transformation via CAFM/FMS, automation, and analytics Lead sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste management, ESG) Partner with senior leadership, HR, IT, Security on expansions, relocations, and fit-outs Lead, mentor, and build high-performing facilities teams Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field 12–18+ years of experience managing large offices, campuses, or multi-location portfolios Strong exposure to vendor management, compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder leadership Experience in MNC or large corporate environments preferred
