TheHead of Corporate ITis responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and security implementation of the company’s internal IT environment. This role oversees end-user systems, corporate infrastructure, SaaS applications, identity and access management, and IT support operations to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology services for employees. This position requires consistent availability during U.S. business hours to support leadership, cross-functional teams, and operational needs.Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Define and execute the corporate IT strategy aligned with business objectives Lead, mentor, and scale the Corporate IT team (IT Operations, Helpdesk, Systems Administration) Partner with executive leadership on technology planning, budgeting, and roadmaps Establish IT policies, standards, and best practicesIT Operations & Infrastructur e Oversee corporate IT systems including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, networks, and peripherals Manage SaaS tools (Microsoft 365) Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT services Own IT asset lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, inventory, decommissioning)Security & Compliance Implement and enforce security controls across corporate systems Partner with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams on audits, risk management, and regulatory requirements Manage identity and access management (IAM), device security, and endpoint protection Lead incident response for corporate IT security eventsEnd-User Experience & Support Ensure a high-quality, responsive IT support experience for employees Define SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics for IT support operations Drive automation and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency Act as an escalation point for complex or high-impact IT issuesVendors & Budget Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service providers Own the Corporate IT budget and cost optimization initiatives Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies as needed Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT operations, corporate IT, or systems administration 3+ years in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure, SaaS ecosystems, and endpoint management Experience supporting distributed or remote-first teams Solid understanding of security best practices for corporate environments Proven ability to operate during U.S. business hours and collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications Experience in high-growth, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, or ISO 27001,PCI, SOC2 Experience with MDM solutions Strong project management and change management skillsKey Competencies Strategic thinking and execution Strong communication and stakeholder management Operational excellence and attention to detail Calm, decisive leadership during incidents or outages Customer-centric mindsetWorking Hours Requirement Must be available and actively working during U.S. business hours Flexibility to support critical incidents outside standard hours when required
