Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop onboard!WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB: The Manager, Data Analytics & Innovation is part of the Revenue Management Organization. This role is responsible for expanding the capabilities of the Revenue Management Continuous Improvement team to enhance decision-making and embed innovation into revenue operations. It accelerates process improvements through structured methodologies and delivers analytical insights that support faster, data-informed decisions across entity teams. The role also drives the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to transform how insights are generated and applied in pricing and revenue strategies. Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement Partner with Pricing and Yield Management teams to understand requirements, clarify scope and desired outcomes, and translate business needs into technical specifications, development plans, and delivery timelines throughout design, prototyping, and rollout Drive the development and deployment of GenAI, Agentic AI, and ML–powered agents that transform Revenue Management workflows Provide hands on technical direction to analysts and guide the team in applying advanced AI and ML methods to eliminate manual work and accelerate decision cycles Manage a portfolio of analytics and decision acceleration initiatives, define priorities based on business value, and coordinate development, testing, and deployment of scalable data driven and AI driven solutions Create standardized metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting to support regular business reviews and executive storytelling Provide technical leadership across Revenue Management by promoting the adoption of cutting edge analytical and AI technologies Own the lifecycle of analytical and AI-driven models and agents, including experimentation, validation, operationalization, and continuous improvement Champion an innovation first mindset and a culture of experimentation where ideas move quickly from concept to impact, ensuring innovation isn’t just a buzzword but a measurable advantage for the business Ensure governance and compliance by enforcing data privacy, security, and quality standards, and maintaining clear documentation and controls Communicate technical concepts, model behavior, and design tradeoffs to non technical stakeholders to drive clarity, adoption, and business alignment Ability to work across time zones while operating independently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering against tight timelinesALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a data driven role within complex and data intensive environments Experience leading teams within a global and cross functional environment Experience managing the full lifecycle of GenAI, Agentic AI, and ML solutions, including design, data integration, agent development, validation, deployment, and ongoing optimization to transform operational or analytical workflows that depend on robust and reliable data Experience working with large relational datasets and writing advanced SQL queries that involve complex joins, filtering logic, and performance optimized data retrieval Experience using Python to automate analytical and data workflows, including working within platforms such as Databricks or similar distributed computing environmentsPreferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Master’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field Previous experience within airlines, travel, e-commerce, consulting, finance, technology, or a related analytical field Experience establishing or scaling an analytics or automation center of excellence, including intake, governance, and portfolio managementSkills, Licenses, and Certifications: Experience developing and deploying AI, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions that integrate with structured and unstructured data in production environments Familiarity with MCP based server interfaces or similar agent to system communication patterns Familiarity with agent development platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks used to build data connected AI agents Proficiency in Python for automation, including notebook based development and workflow orchestration in Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, or similar platforms Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI Ability to automate data pipelines and analytics workflows using tools such as Databricks Workflows, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar orchestration systems Ability to build complex dashboards and analytical applications in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write advanced join logic and performance optimized queries across large relational datasets Leadership and strategic execution across global teams, with a focus on high-impact initiatives and continuous improvement Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
