We have presence in the UK, India and Ukraine.What You Will Be Doing: Act as a key member of the Quality Assurance team, ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile apps and SaaS platform Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure solutions are fit for customer use Maintain and improve test documentation, ensuring it remains accurate and up to date Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated tests Proactively explore applications to identify coverage gaps, even where acceptance criteria may be limited Gain deep understanding of product functionality to anticipate risks and improve test effectiveness Diagnose and resolve customer-impacting issues in production environments Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing ideas to enhance test processes and automation coverage Participate in code reviews, QA guild activities, and knowledge sharing across the team Support release validation, ensuring all production deployments meet quality standardsProven Experience Required Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience 6–10 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role 7+ years of hands-on test automation experience and 6+ years of manual testing experience Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional testing approaches Proven experience proactively identifying defects, risks, and improvement opportunities Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and prioritise effectively Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch for web applications In-depth experience with Selenium and/or Playwright, Java, and Page Object Model design patterns Hands-on experience with REST Assured, JUnit 5, Allure, Gradle, Lombok, and Mongo Java Driver Experience validating APIs, web services, applications, and databases (PostgreSQL) using tools such as Postman and SwaggerUI. Experience working in Agile environments with data-driven testing practices Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and code repositories using Jenkins and GitHubNice to Have Experience building CI/CD pipelines for post-deployment verification Experience with contract testingWhat we Offer: Opportunity to be part of a high-performing, innovative tech team.
