Job Summary: The Technical Content Writer in the Production Department is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality technical and customer-facing documentation for OEM hardware products and solutions. The role focuses on creating accurate, structured content for servers, workstations, storage systems, and HPC/AI solutions, including manuals, deployment guides, datasheets, solution briefs, and release documentation. Working closely with hardware engineering, OS/HPC teams, QA, and solution architects, the Technical Content Writer translates complex hardware, firmware, operating system, and performance concepts into clear, compliant, and user-friendly documentation. The position ensures all content aligns with OEM standards, branding guidelines, and product lifecycle updates, while supporting production, sales enablement, and customer training needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain technical documentation forOEM products , including: Server, workstation, and storage product documentation HPC and AI solution briefs Installation, configuration, and deployment guides User manuals, datasheets, and technical specifications Release notes and upgrade documentation Work closely withhardware engineering, OS/HPC teams, QA, and solution architectsto capture product functionality accurately. Create customer-facing content such as: Product brochures and solution overviews Whitepapers, case studies, and technical blogs RFP/RFI support documentation and compliance content Translate complexhardware, firmware, OS, networking, and performance conceptsinto clear and easy-to-understand content. Ensure documentation aligns withOEM standards, compliance requirements, and branding guidelines . Review and update content based onproduct lifecycle changes , firmware updates, and OS compatibility. Maintain version control and documentation repositories (Confluence, Git, shared repositories). Support internal teams with technical content forsales enablement and customer training . Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inengineering, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field . 4–5 years of experienceas a Technical Content Writer in anOEM, hardware product, or enterprise technology company . Strong understanding of: Servers, workstations, storage systems HPC architectures, clusters, and GPUs Linux (RHEL preferred), virtualization, and networking basics will be extra edge Excellent written English with the ability to structure complex technical content. Experience creatinghardware-focused documentation(datasheets, manuals, deployment guides). Hands-on experience with documentation tools such asConfluence, Markdown, MS Word, Git . Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and delivery teams.
