Job Title Graduate Engineer Trainee – Data Center Testing & Commissioning (MEP) Location Mumbai & Delhi(Project Sites and Office-Based Assignments) Experience 0–1 Year(Freshers encouraged to apply) Employment Type Full-TimeRole Overview We are looking for enthusiasticMEP engineering graduateswho are keen to build a career inTesting & Commissioning (T&C) of Data Centers . This role is designed for freshers or early-career engineers who will undergostructured on-the-job trainingand work alongside senior engineers in witnessing, verification, and commissioning activities of mission-critical infrastructure.Key Responsibilities During Training Phase Assist senior T&C engineers intesting and commissioning activitiesfor: Electrical systems (HT/LT, UPS, DG, PDUs, earthing) Mechanical systems (chillers, CRAH/CRAC, pumps, ventilation) ELV systems (BMS, EMS, FAS – exposure level) Supportwitnessing of factory acceptance tests (FAT)andsite acceptance tests (SAT) Learn to reviewmethod statements, test procedures, and checklists Participate insite inspections, pre-commissioning checks, and system readiness reviews Understanddata center redundancy concepts(N, N+1, 2N) Post-Training / Project Deployment Execute and witnessfunctional, integrated, and performance testing Record test results and prepareT&C reports and observations Coordinate withdesign consultants, contractors, OEMs, and client teams Assist inIntegrated Systems Testing (IST)and shutdown activities Supporthandover documentationand final commissioning sign-offsEducational Qualification B.E. / B. Techin: Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Application from other streams will not be consideredRequired Skills & Attributes Strong interest inData Centers and Mission-Critical Infrastructure Basic understanding ofElectrical or Mechanical building services Willingness tolearn on-siteand work in live project environments Comfortable withsite-based work , night shifts, and shutdown activities (as required) Gooddocumentation and MS Excel / MS Wordskills Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Good communication and coordination skillsPreferred (Not Mandatory) Exposure to: Construction sites or MEP projects Data centers, hospitals, airports, or large commercial buildings Awareness of: Testing & Commissioning processes Basic understanding of standards (TIA-942, ASHRAE – exposure level)Training & Career Growth Structuredon-the-job trainingin Data Center Testing & Commissioning Exposure toRated 3/Rated 4 data center projects Opportunity to grow into: T&C Engineer Commissioning Lead Client-side Witnessing Engineer Certification exposure and mentorship by senior data center professionalsWork Location & Mobility Primary Locations:Mumbai/Delhi Must be willing totravel to project sitesacross India as required Initial 3 months training will be in Mumbai & Chennai and the candidates will be placed in Mumbai/Delhi post completion of the training.
