Understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions. Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining company standards. Follow established customer service scripts and communication guidelines. Stay updated on company policies, processes, and FAQ resources. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. Identify opportunities for product/service upselling when appropriate. Meet individual KPIs and contribute toward achieving team targets. Prepare and submit performance reports and customer interaction summaries. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.Required QualificationsHigh school graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field preferred). Minimum1+ year experiencein customer service, call center, or similar roles. Working knowledge of CRM tools and customer service best practices. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English. Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with professional behavior.
