Key Responsibilities: Lead and designcorporate interior fitoutprojects from concept to execution, with a focus onoffice spaces . Present layout designs and space planning ideas clearly and effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Play a key role in thepitching process , creating compelling presentations that win new projects and meet client requirements. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity and alignment with client vision. Ensure all designs meet functionality, aesthetic, and budget requirements, maintaining high standards of quality. Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience: Mandatory:Extensive experience incorporate interior fitouts , particularly incorporate office interiors(only apply if you have a portfolio showcasing these projects). Expertise inpitching design conceptsand making persuasive layout presentations. Proficient inAutoCAD ,SketchUpand other design tools. Strong knowledge ofspace planning ,furniture layout ,material selection , anddesign presentation . Excellent communication skills to present ideas to clients and internal teams effectively.
